This was our 1st time using Brett at Gutter-Vac and it was an absolutely positive experience!. I obtained other cheaper quotes for gutter cleaning with Gutter Guard on our residence but decided to go with Brett as he was able to quote within a couple of hours at a specific price whereas other quotes were vague about the extra costs for removing gutter guard. Having said that, the service was extremely professional, quick and done in the time that we were at work. Brett even cleaned up the leaves around the house at the same time (that deserved 6 stars at least) and put some of the detritus in our garden beds for mulch! I appreciate the post-cleaning report provided and issues noted of the roof tiles and gutter encountered in the clean. As a review of this business and service, I would say that Gutter-Vac Upper North Shore definitely operates with integrity, a high level of professionalism and do what they advertise with that little extra thrown-in. I have no hesitancy or reservations in using Brett & Team again or recommending to the public. 5+*****

I’ve been using Brett from Gutter-Vac for some years now and he and his team are prompt, thorough and pro-active in their services. They turn up at the time arranged, take care with their ladders and other equipment so gutters aren’t marked or otherwise damaged, take care when walking around the roof, clean up the debris when finished and generally leave the place looking better than before they arrived. I’m informed of any maintenance issues only seen from the roof and receive suggestions on how to maintain upkeep of my property. Their charges are comparable, if not better, than others around the area especially considering the standard of their work. I would recommend Brett and his team to anyone requiring thorough and complete gutter and downpipe maintenance.

It's that time of the year, when past accumulations and the threat of a hot summer forced us to get our gutters checked.I was advised by a neighbour to contact Brett and Gutter-Vac.They attended to my enquiry promptly and based on their appraisal of my property I went ahead with the quote.The team completed the job quickly, thoroughly and professionally.The before and after photos, in their work report, showed me that our gutters had been much worse than I thought before, and restored to very clean, afterwards. Thoroughly recommend Gutter-Vac. They were very quick at getting back to me with a quote and sent numerous emails and texts to remind me that they were coming. They actually turned up a day earlier than what was scheduled and I was not home but Gutter-Vac had assured me I did not have to be home. There was a lot of rubbish in the gutters and I expected there to be a lot of mud on the concrete paths after cleaning but the paths were clean. The only reason I knew they had been was that our green bin was full of the rubbish from the gutters. The invoice was promptly sent along with a report that included before and after photos of the gutters. Thank you Gutter-Vac.

We booked Gutter-Vac to clean out our very dirty and full gutters and they inserted a brush type of gutter filler which allows the dirt to wash through, but stops the leaves from blocking the gutter. It's a fabulous solution and easy to remove and clean out dirt in the gutters in the future. They were so professional and even mended our roof in a couple of spots where the colourbond had separated (probably due to big possums using it as a thoroughfare...) I would highly recommend them. They cleaned up perfectly after they'd finished as well. Great job guys.
